Ashwaganda is a small scrub belonging to the Solanaceae family. It grows prolifically in dry regions of South Asia, Central Asia, and Africa, and is extensively used in Ayurvedic medicine, an ancient Indian system.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that has been traditionally promoted to enhance youthful vigour, muscle strength and overall health.

It helps with the effects of stress and restores normal physical function. Ashwagandha has been widely studied, with over 1300 studies on PubMed.

Ingredients: 240 mg of Shoden extract per capsule. Full spectrum bioactives. High potency delivering 35% withanolide glycosides. Free from sugar, gluten, artificial additives, and GMO materials. Produced to GMP standards
