Optimal Vitamin D3 + K2 Drops by Seeking Health provides 12.5 mcg (500 IU) of D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 50 mcg of K2 (as menaquinone-4) in each drop. The cholecalciferol form of vitamin D3 used in this product is derived from cholesterol in sheep's wool, making it suitable for vegetarians.
